Function

We are transforming our Business & IT landscape to a modern architecture. With Global and local teams collaborating together as ONE Pluxee. The “Business architect” will join the challenges to migrate/refactor/co-create our current landscape towards a full new ecosystem based on the newest technology stacks.

As Business architect you are part of the IT architecture team designing/co creating solutions that will be used in multiple countries. Furthermore, the activities of the Business architect consist of:

Support the translation of our strategy to new Business & IT initiatives and anticipate new business & IT enablers required

As business architect of an IT team, you are expected to validate with the business stakeholders that the architecture responds to the needs of the enterprise as changes arise.

Support decision making by CxO level on investments & prioritizations based on the business capabilities.

Maintain and develop business layer artifacts (capability map, value chains, business process catalog, business object/data catalog, …)

You have a Bachelor or Master degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Sciences, Business Engineering and/or Management.

10+ years of industry experience, preferably handling Business/Functional architecture roles in complex organization(s), of which 2-3 years should be fulfilling architecture in Digital transformations.

5+ years in a business roles in complex organization, of which 2-3 years covering major business changes including the business continuity awareness.

Requirement Management: Proven skills of managing 'sign-off’s' in order to align Business Strategies and IT roadmap

Strong Capacity to maintain the relationship with business stakeholders by managing an adapted communication and a partnership dynamic.

In depth knowledge and experience in change management is much appreciated.

In-depth knowledge of one of the following disciplines: Business Process Modelling/BPMN, DMN, UML,

Certification in a popular EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, ArchiMate) is a plus

You have experience with architecture modelling tools like SPARX (enterprise architect) and/or camunda )

You have a good level of spoken and written English & French (Dutch is a plus) and you adapt your style to your target audience.

Good interpersonal skills in areas such as collaboration, facilitation and negotiation in a global architecture environment

Strong leadership skills

Excellent analytical and technical skills and you enjoy working in a team.

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Monthly travel to other European entities (Paris, Prague, …) is not a problem for you

Video call with Digital Marketing manager

On site interview with CIO BeLux or other IT management team members

Structure & support the business analyst community (Guide/coach the Business processes modelling by BA & make the link with ArchiMate views)

Solution Architecture lead for more business-oriented initiatives

Train\coach the architecture colleagues on their Business viewpoints in their solution architecture documents

Stakeholder management (devops team to CxO level, local to global)

Profile
