Function

Your mission:

At Pluxee, payment is a critical brick, guaranteeing the ease of use of our employee benefits in a variety of shops. Our mission in Payment Belux Team is to intuitively connect 1.6 million beneficiaries with 45.000 local shops, promoting the best payment experience for every beneficiary and situation, in a sustainable way, while supporting the local economy. We do this by securing the best product market fit, integration with industry-leading partners and exceling in delivery.

We are looking for a Product Expert who will help us deliver our mission. Payments are an extremely collaborative effort between engineering, design, analytics, partnerships, legal, risk and go-to-market teams, both locally and at the group level. The Product Expert will report to Head of Payment Belux.

Your main responsibilities:

As Payment Expert, you will ensure operational excellency of our product delivery by taking charge of payment operations and process improvements in a digital transformation context, as well as, the implementation of the product evolutions.

Business-as-usual operations

  • Touchpoint for payment operational topics: perform as a liaison between stakeholders and the development and operational teams, facilitating communication to ensure everyone is aligned on payment goals and priorities
  • Incident management: act as payment SPOC for crisis incidents and coordinate response with the Service Management team and Vendor Management team; Lead Post Incident Reviews for process and measure improvements
  • External partnerships: represent payment team in front of external partners and deliver on market and business evolutions
  • Risk management: Identify potential risk and obstacle to successful product delivery, working pro-actively to address challenges
  • Release planning: Collaborate with the team to plan and prioritize releases, taking into consideration business value and user needs
  • Feed-back integration: Gather feedback from stakeholders, customers and the development team to continuously refine and improve product
  • Iteration planning : Participate in sprint planning, providing input on prioritization and helping the team understand the business context

Product evolutions

  • Backlog management: maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that it reflects business priorities and is ready for the development team
  • Acceptance criteria: Define and communicate acceptance criteria for User Stories, ensuring that the development team understands the expectations for each feature
  • Delivery and issue resolution: follow the delivery of features, address and resolve escalated issues, working collaboratively with internal teams and vendors and service providers to find satisfactory solutions
  • Innovation: Staying updated on industry trends, introducing new technologies when appropriate of continuous improvement and innovation.

Profile

Your profile:

  • Deep understanding of card payment processing (EMV, issuing, acceptance, ecommerce, mobile payments, APIs, web applications, ...)
  • 5+ years of working experience with a proven track-record in B2C/B2B digital product management. You are an expert in writing Epics / Features / User Story & functional requirements
  • You are an Agile expert and know agile collaborative tools (JIRA / Confluence/ Miro/ DevOps tools…)
  • You have a “can-do” attitude, you approach new challenges with curiosity
  • You are fast-paced, detailed oriented, you balance speed with scrupulous attention to details
  • Talented communicator that can translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable deliverables
  • You are oriented into building consensus and moving forward
  • You have an excellent level of spoken and written English and French and/or Dutch (mandatory)

Language

Fluent in English and French or Dutch.
